Orange Egypt and Ministry of Social Solidarity Launch "Start Hub" to Connect Youth with Training and Job Opportunities

Orange Egypt has announced an exciting new strategic partnership with the Ministry of Social Solidarity! Together, they're launching the "Start Hub" platform and supporting the "Start 2026" forum. This is a huge national event designed to empower university students and recent graduates, helping them build successful career paths. It's all part of Orange Egypt's commitment to supporting Egypt's efforts to invest in its people, empower young individuals, and boost their readiness for the job market. The "Start" summit saw the signing of a cooperation protocol between the Ministry of Social Solidarity and Orange Egypt. Important figures like Dr. Maya Morsi, Minister of Social Solidarity, Dr. Abdelaziz Konsowa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Hisham Mahran, CEO and Managing Director of Orange Egypt, were all there. This move really highlights a growing trend towards stronger partnerships between the government and private sectors to support young people and prepare them for future jobs. This partnership is a natural extension of Orange Egypt's role as a key development partner, supporting the government's initiatives to prepare young talent. These young professionals will be ready to keep up with digital changes and the demands of our modern economy. It perfectly aligns with Egypt Vision 2030, which aims to build a knowledge-based economy and promote inclusivity and sustainability in the job market. Under this agreement, Orange Egypt will be in charge of creating and launching the "Start Hub" platform. Think of it as a complete digital gateway connecting young people with the job market. It will offer a full journey, starting with career guidance and qualification, and then moving on to training and employment opportunities. This will really help boost young people's readiness and their ability to compete in a rapidly changing work environment. The "Start 2026" forum brought together over 250 companies and organizations, along with thousands of students and graduates from various Egyptian universities. Orange Egypt itself offered a variety of job opportunities and training programs within the company. Through the Orange Digital Center, they also provided specialized training programs in hot fields like Artificial Intelligence, data analysis, entrepreneurship, and digital marketing. The goal here is to equip young people with the most in-demand skills for the digital job market and get them ready for the jobs of tomorrow. Hisham Mahran, CEO and Managing Director of Orange Egypt, shared his thoughts on this, saying, "We are incredibly proud of our partnership with the Ministry of Social Solidarity in launching the Start Hub platform and supporting the Start 2026 forum. These initiatives are fantastic examples of how government institutions and the private sector can work together to support young people and give them the tools and skills they need to build successful professional futures." He added, "This partnership comes from our strong belief that investing in youth is the most sustainable investment. Empowering young people and preparing them for future jobs is one of the main pillars for achieving comprehensive development." He further explained, "From this perspective, Orange Egypt continues its role as a strategic partner supporting Egypt Vision 2030 through initiatives and programs that help build a generation more ready and capable of leading the digital transformation and sustainable development journey." Through its various programs and initiatives, Orange Egypt continues to support the development of digital skills, entrepreneurship, innovation, and youth empowerment. This truly reinforces its role as a key partner in building a more inclusive and sustainable digital society, and in boosting the ability of new generations to actively participate in Egypt's economic and social development journey.
